If you use COMCAST as your email provider I'm sure you are aware they will not accept incoming email without submitting a BLOCKED PROVIDER REQUEST FORM. I do not have the time to fill out this request for every sale or question I get from a COMCAST subscriber nor will I give COMCAST my personal information. No postage charges if shipped within the 50 United States.  Canada orders require $3.50 for extra handling on Chevelle Reference CDs and Factory Assembly Manual CDs.  Be sure to include the correct amount as shown in the pricing above.

Physical orders destined for outside the United States or Canada, please contact me first for postage/handling costs before remitting any payment.

When purchasing any CD in downloadble format, ignore the PayPal dialog box concerning "Estimate shipping and tax." Since you are downloading the software, it makes no difference where you are, there's no shipping involved.

 

When ordering via PayPal you should receive confirmation of the purchase. If ordering the downloadable version (no media), I will respond with URL to download the appropriate file. There is no need to write asking for the information unless you wish further information.

Note: PayPal may change its interface from time to time but there should always be a box to indicate where to send money, how much to send, and what the money is being send for.  Select the Personal tab and choose Other.
